Ubud Sunset Tour:
The minimum age on a private tour is 15.  The minimum age on a public mixer tour is 18.
Tegallalang Day Tour:
The minimum age on a private tour is 10 and must be riding with their parents.  The minimum age on a public mixer tour is 15.

We ride rain or shine, but for safety we cancel if there is lightning or other severe weather. If we have to cancel the reservation based on severe weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund or rain check for another date.
Weather cancellations are not made until right before your reservation’s scheduled start time, as weather can be unpredictable.

1. just send us a message on WhatsApp to choose your tour and Mixology Package (Extravaganza, Delight, Bliss).

   Let us know your preferred date and time.

   We’ll confirm the details, and you just need to arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting point for payment (cash or Visa).

   This direct communication ensures your booking is customized to your preferences and needs, making your experience with us even more memorable.

2. Read and agree the digital waiver

To make a payment , we offer two payment options: Cash/Visa at the meeting point.

At Tikibus Tours, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your booking. If you have already made a reservation with us, you have the option to cancel your booking and receive a credit voucher for the value of your booking. This voucher will be valid for 2 years and can be used towards any future Tikibus Tour. Simply let us know if you need to cancel and we will be happy to provide you with a credit voucher for your future travel plans.

If you are removed from the bike at anytime during the ride, you will be responsible for monetary reimbursement of the other riders on your bus.

Your reservation time is your check-in time. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Late arrivals for public tours will lose their spot and private tours will lose precious time on the bus.

You don’t need to bring something special.

The Staffs do work for tips and aim to provide an excellent experience for our guests! It is always greatly appreciated for a job well done!

Our locations are very close to where the tour operates. The meeting spot for the tours is included in the confirmation email that you will receive after making your reservation.
