Frequently asked questions
Who drives the Tikibus?
An experienced and trained Tikibus pilot drives the bus the entire time, so you can relax and enjoy the ride.
What are the tour times?
Nightly departures at 18:00, 20:00, 22:00, 00:00 and 02:00 (last tour 2 AM), from our Berawa starting point near Atlas Beach Fest. Each ride is about 90 minutes.
Do you also operate in Ubud?
Yes — the Tikibus also rides in Ubud. But everything on this site — times, packages, prices and the meeting point — is for our Canggu (Berawa) rides, and Ubud rides cannot be booked here. Not sure which one you found online? Message us on WhatsApp and we will point you the right way.
What is the minimum age?
Private tours: minimum 15 years. Public mixer tours: minimum 18 years. Family-friendly day tours allow younger guests with parents.
What if it rains?
We ride rain or shine, but for safety we cancel if there is lightning or other severe weather. You get a full refund or a rain check.
What are the steps to book?
Message us on WhatsApp with your tour and package choice plus your preferred date and time. We confirm the details, then you arrive 10 minutes early to pay (cash or Visa) and sign the digital waiver.
What payment options are available?
Cash or Visa at the meeting point.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations receive a credit voucher valid for 2 years for a future tour.
When should we arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your reservation time.
What should we bring?
Nothing special — just bring yourself and a good mood.
How many people can ride?
Up to 10 guests per bus. For larger groups we run two buses, seating up to 18 people together.
Can we choose the music? Is there karaoke?
Yes — it is your playlist. Plug in, pick the vibe and sing along; the bus has its own sound system. There is no karaoke machine, but guests love taking over the music and making it their night.
How is the Tikibus different from a beach club or a regular bar?
A beach club or a bar is a place you go to and stay put. The Tikibus is the opposite — the bar comes to you and moves. You get an open-air ride through Berawa with a mixologist building craft cocktails to order, your own playlist, and your whole crew around one counter (no queues, no table minimum, no splitting up). Most guests treat it as the warm-up before the beach clubs and bars, then get dropped back into Berawa ready for the rest of the night.
Is the Tikibus a party bus or a pub crawl?
Neither, really. It is not a loud enclosed party bus and it is not a stop-and-go pub crawl. It is an open-air tiki cocktail bar on wheels — a professional mixologist makes real craft cocktails and mocktails on board (not pre-mix or beer freeflow) while you roll through Berawa for about 90 minutes. Intimate by design: up to 10 per bus, or two buses for up to 18.
How much is it, and is All-Inclusive worth it?
Two options: À La Carte is $10 admission with a 2-drink minimum (about $18 to try it), and All-Inclusive is $34 for unlimited cocktails, mocktails and snacks over the ~90-minute ride. Planning on more than a couple of drinks? All-Inclusive is the better deal.
