Weddings

A wedding in Bali already has a beautiful venue. What it usually lacks is something for guests to do between the ceremony and the party — and a way to move them without a coach that feels like an airport transfer.

The Tikibus works as the golden-hour cocktail hour on wheels: the bar opens the moment guests step on, the mixologist keeps drinks moving, and the bus rolls a scenic loop through Berawa while the photographer works. It also does the welcome party the night before, the bridal-party ride to the venue, and the after-party run once the reception winds down.

Brand launches & activations

A mobile bar with a palm-thatched roof and a real mixologist is a venue that photographs well and goes where the audience already is — a rare thing in Berawa.

Use it as a roaming bar for a product launch, a VIP shuttle between a showroom and a beach club, or a content-shoot set that moves. We can hold the bus at a fixed spot instead of driving, and the drinks list can be built around the launch.

That is a group ride, not an event — the standard per-person packages on our groups page will be cheaper and simpler.

How booking an event works

1. Tell us the plan

Message us with the date, rough guest count, the occasion and the time window you have in mind. Nothing formal needed.

2. We confirm and quote

We check the buses against your date, confirm what is possible, and send back a straight per-event price with what is included.

3. We shape the ride

Pick-up point, route, drinks list, timings, and anything special for the occasion — sorted over WhatsApp before the day.

4. You show up

The bus arrives stocked and staffed. You get on. That is the whole job on your side.

Our public departures run 14:00–22:00 daily. Private events are scheduled outside that timetable whenever we can — tell us the hour you need.

Event questions, answered

Can we book the Tikibus outside the normal departure times?

Yes. The five daily departures (14:00 to 22:00) are the public timetable — private events are scheduled around your day instead. Tell us the window you need and we will confirm whether a bus is free.

How many guests can a private event take?

Up to 10 guests on one bus. For larger parties we run both buses together, seating up to 18 guests across the two.

How much does private hire cost?

Private events are quoted per event rather than per seat, because duration, guest count, route and drinks all move the number. Message us on WhatsApp with your date and group size and we will send a straight price back.

Can the bus stay parked instead of driving?

Yes. For weddings, launches and shoots we can hold the bus at your venue and run it as a stationary bar, or mix both — a scenic loop first, then parked for the rest of the event.

Do you serve mocktails and non-alcoholic options?

Always. Our Bliss mocktail range is made to the same standard as the cocktails, so guests who are not drinking get something real rather than a soft drink.

How far in advance should we book an event?

For weddings and corporate dates, as early as you can — those dates are usually fixed months out and the buses get claimed. For everything else a week or two is normally fine, and we can sometimes do far shorter notice. Ask and we will tell you honestly.
